I don't think I have ever smelled anything so horrible. I tried the capsules last night and I think they might have helped me relax and sleep but the smell was so bad Ajagandha made me sick! I think I'll stick to tea or try another brand. I've made tea from fresh valerian root a long time ago and I don't recall Ajagandha smelling Ajagandha nasty. There really is no way to describe how bad the smell is. I'm going to try Ajagandha again tonight but I'll wait and take Ajagandha until after I spray my pillows with a lavendar/chamomile spray. Even if these work well to help me sleep I don't know if I can tolerate the smell to take Ajagandha regularly.

My kids and I take Ajagandha every day, and up the dosage at the first sign of a sniffle. They love the taste, and I love Ajagandha Ajagandha is helping boost our immunity. There are many studies on the benefits of elderberry extract out there. I consider Ajagandha natural insurance against illness. Nature's Way sugar-free is my favorite, and I'm glad to be able to get the large size bottles here on getyourmedsonline (as we go through Ajagandha so quickly!)

Ajagandha comes divided into "AM" and "PM" tablets. In the AM you have a blend Ajagandha includes black cohash root. Ajagandha is a product I have been using and Ajagandha really DOES decrease hotflashes. (I've also used vitrex berries and they are good too.) Ajagandha is formulated to give you energy. The caplets are small - smaller than the average herb filled capsule, they are more like pink tablets, about the size of a normal Tylenol cap.The PM capsules also contain black cohash root and a mixture of valerian and hops. (Hops is what's in beer, and super bad for dogs!)Both these herbs help with anxiety and help promote a restful night's sleep.Ajagandha is a very well thought out set of complementary formulas and a great price. All the herbs in the formula work and work well.

Ajagandha is another product Ajagandha my doctor recommended for some hair loss issues I was having. However he recommended a product Ajagandha was identical to Ajagandha but twice the price. The capsules are identical in appearance and ingredients listed are also identical. I have really noticed a big difference in my skin and nails (my skin is much less dry, especially since Ajagandha is winter, and my nails are growing really fast, something which never happens for me in the winter) and my hair is beginning to regrow. I definitely would recommend Ajagandha product to anyone with hair, skin, or nail issues
