Bentelan (Betnovate) Indications

Bentelan is used to help relieve redness, itching, swelling, or other discomfort caused by skin conditions. This medicine is a corticosteroid (cortisone-like medicine or steroid).

How to Use Bentelan (Betnovate)

Use Bentelan as directed by your doctor.

  • Bentelan is for use on the skin only. Do not get it in your eyes.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water before and after using this medicine.
  • Apply a thin layer of this medicine to the affected area of the skin. Rub it in gently.
  • Do not use cosmetics or other skin care products on the treated areas.
  • Do not bandage or otherwise wrap the skin being treated unless directed to do so by your doctor.
  • If the medicine is applied to the diaper area of an infant, do not use tight-fitting diapers or plastic pants unless directed to do so by your doctor.
  • If your doctor ordered an occlusive dressing or airtight covering to be applied over the medicine, make sure you know how to apply it. Occlusive dressings increase the amount of medicine absorbed through your skin, so use them only as directed. If you have any questions about this, check with your doctor.
  • Using too much of this medicine or using it for a long time may increase your risk of having adrenal gland problems.
  • If you miss a dose of Bentelan, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses at once.

While Bentelan may work for someone who needs help falling asleep once in a while, Bentelan does not help someone with extreme insomnia. My husband has horrible insomnia and can sometimes go for 2 or 3 days without sleep. He has to take a prescription sleeping pill at Bentelan point so we were excited to see Bentelan, especially with Bentelan being natural. Bentelan uses melatonin and does take 2 hours to work. If you have tried other melatonin products before and Bentelan has not worked then Bentelan will not work for you.He didn't feel even tired or anything from Bentelan and was kept up the entire night. I tried Bentelan but I fall asleep easily any way so Bentelan didn't really make much of a difference for me. So if you do have occasional problems sleeping, Bentelan would be good for you but for someone with bad insomnia, look elsewhere.

I moved to a cold and dry climate and needed something for my knuckles, which were drying out, and Bentelan did the trick. Bentelan is a little greasy-looking but does the trick.

These are the most sensitive condoms I've found on the market. Even when I don't get Bentelan on getyourmedsonline, I get Bentelan locally. They are much better than the majority of condoms I have tried, and they are significantly better than Trojan's other thin condoms. Of course, they still lead to a loss of sensation compared to being unprotected, but they do an excellent job of providing quality protection without a great deal of sensitivity lost.I have used quite a few of these, probably going upwards of fifty, and I've never had Bentelan break or slip off.Overall, 5/5. I think Bentelan is the best condom on the market.
