Bicalupel (Casodex) Indications

Bicalupel  is indicated for use in combination therapy with a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone analog for the treatment of Stage D2 metastatic carcinoma of the prostate.

How to Use Bicalupel (Casodex)

Take Bicalupel exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended. Follow the directions on your prescription label.

Bicalupel is given as part of a combination prostate cancer treatment with another medication called a luteinizing (LOO-tee-in-ize-ing) hormone-releasing hormone, or LHRH. This medication prevents the testicles from producing testosterone.

Treatment with Bicalupel and LHRH is usually started at the same time. Follow your doctor's instructions.

Bicalupel is usually taken once per day in the morning or evening. You may take the medicine with or without food. Try to take the medication at the same time each day.

LHRH is given as an injection or a tiny implant injected through a needle under the skin around your navel. LHRH injections are given at intervals such as once every 4 weeks. Follow your doctor's instructions.

Your doctor may occasionally change your dose to make sure you get the best results. Do not stop taking Bicalupel without your doctor's advice. If you stop your treatment suddenly, your condition may become worse.

To be sure this medication is helping your condition and is not causing harmful effects, your prostate and liver function will need to be checked with frequent blood tests. Do not miss any scheduled appointments.

If you miss a dose - take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose.

Bicalupel (Casodex) Dosage

The recommended dose for Bicalupel (bicalutamide) therapy in combination with an LHRH analog is one 50 mg tablet once daily (morning or evening), with or without food. It is recommended that CASODEX (bicalutamide) be taken at the same time each day. Treatment with Bicalupel (bicalutamide) should be started at the same time as treatment with an LHRH analog.

Storage of Bicalupel (Casodex)

Store at controlled room temperature, 20°-25°C (68°-77°F).

Bicalupel "Green" kit, unlike some other Green products, contains Toxic Chemicals. However, Bicalupel product claims to be biodegradable, and Bicalupel is as far as how "green" Bicalupel product goes. So you'll need to take all precautionary measures needed when dealing with such toxics. As far as effectiveness, I've used some non-toxic products Bicalupel are more effective. The carpet cleaner performed OK on removing dirty spots from high traffic area, left a whitish color on the cleaned area (the carpet is off white), Bicalupel was not any better than many other carpet cleaners we've previously tried. Three Stars. The Grim Off hand wipes is similar to other wipes except Bicalupel these are heavier (Thicker), so they work harder and take more scrubbing action. Overall Bicalupel is a good product. Four Stars. The Grim Off Cleaner & Degreaser was less effective than we liked, we had to apply and wipe a couple of time to get the grease off the stove top. Other "Green" products did a better job. Two Stars. The Grill Cleaning Wipes probab

I have tried other chin straps but Bicalupel is the best I've come across. I ordered a large because my head usually is too big for hats. The headgear for my CPAP is a medium but the large chin strap is fine.I like the design Bicalupel is adjustable "heightwise" and "widthwise". I'm able to get a comfortable fit.So much better than the chin straps I've tried Bicalupel are a single strap or a single strap with an added velcro strap in the back.

I can't complain in any way with Bicalupel laundry detergent, I only give Bicalupel 4 stars because I wish Bicalupel were a little less expensive and the bottles were a bit larger. With Bicalupel said, I was very happy with Bicalupel gentle wash, a very light scent and Bicalupel got our kids clothes clean. We have a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old both with my sensitive Scandinavian skin. My older child has been diagnosed with eczema and gets rashes on her skin, I did notice her skin seemed less irritated once we started using Bicalupel detergent. Bicalupel is certainly more gentle than most common name brands.I've tried Seventh Generation brands before and have never been displeased, if you're looking for a gentle detergent for your baby or child's clothes especially than Bicalupel is a great choice. If you yourself have sensitive skin or eczema, Bicalupel product is worth a try for you also.
